Terms and Conditions — 92stark Platform Rules

Welcome to 92stark. These Terms and Conditions (referred to throughout as "the Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 92stark, the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 92stark.app. The Terms cover all services offered by 92stark including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, crash games, fishing games, Ludo, card games, and any promotional or bonus activity associated with the platform.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market on 92stark, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, your only remedy is to stop using the platform and close your account.

To register and use 92stark, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural legal persons may not register player accounts.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler on any self-exclusion register that applies to you.

• You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 92stark employee or contractor.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on 92stark. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. 92stark will never ask for your password through any channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify 92stark immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• Not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or make transactions.

92stark reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) documents at any point. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.

All financial transactions on 92stark are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversions are performed. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit, or a method verified to belong to the account holder. 92stark does not accept third-party payments — you may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

92stark reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is completed.

92stark offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only, as determined by 92stark at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify its wagering requirement — the amount of eligible bets you must place before the bonus funds or winnings generated from them become withdrawable.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
• 92stark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to exploit bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to guarantee profit from promotional offers is prohibited and may result in account closure.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 92stark across all product categories — sports betting, live casino, crash games, card games, fishing games, Ludo, and any other game or market available on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: A bet or game stake is only valid when it has been confirmed by the 92stark system and a confirmation has been issued to the player. In the event of a technical error during the bet placement process, the bet is void and any stake deducted will be returned.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum stake limits that are displayed prior to play. 92stark reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body of the sport. Where no official result is available, 92stark will use generally accepted statistical sources. Casino and game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the observable physical outcome of the game.
• Errors and malfunctions: If a game or betting market malfunctions due to a technical error, all affected bets or game rounds are void and stakes will be returned. 92stark is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions.
• Disputed outcomes: If you believe a settlement is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within 30 days of the relevant event settlement. Disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.
• Cancellation of events: If a sports event is cancelled or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless specific in-play or special event rules state otherwise.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 92stark and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Using another person's account, payment method, or personal information.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, scripts, or any other automated tool.
• Colluding with other players on multiplayer games including but not limited to poker, Teen Patti, or any table game.
• Placing bets with insider knowledge of a sports event outcome.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Abusing bonus systems through multi-accounting, coordinated wagering, or bonus exploitation strategies.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any part of the 92stark platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other players or 92stark staff.

92stark is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a way to cope with stress or personal difficulties.

The following tools are available to all registered 92stark players through the account settings section:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 24-hour cooling period to increase.
• Session time alerts: Receive a notification when you have been playing continuously for a specified period.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount over a defined period after which your account will be temporarily restricted from further play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (1 day to 6 months) during which you will not be able to log in or access the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours. 92stark will not contact self-excluded players for marketing purposes.

All content on the 92stark platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, game designs, audio-visual materials, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of 92stark or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 92stark platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the platform.
• Using 92stark's brand, logos, or trademarks for any commercial or marketing purpose.
• Creating derivative works based on 92stark platform content.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting platform data through automated means without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92stark's total liability to any player for any cause of action arising from use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92stark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 92stark is also not liable for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
• Losses resulting from the actions of third-party payment processors.
• Decisions made by players regarding betting strategy, stake sizing, or game selection.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

92stark collects and processes personal data from registered players for the purposes of account management, verification, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement. The types of data collected include personal identification information, contact details, financial transaction data, and gameplay data.

92stark does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who are necessary for the platform's operation — including payment processors, fraud detection services, and regulatory bodies — and only to the extent required.

92stark reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.

• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may have an inactivity fee applied after notification. Players can reactivate their account at any time by logging in.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited at 92stark's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited activities.

Where an account is closed at the player's request or for reasons unrelated to any breach, any remaining balance will be returned to the player through their registered payment method after standard verification checks.
